Kwankwaso Mourns Prof Jibril Aminu and Justice Mohammed Uwais

Former Governor of Kano State and presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, has condoled the families of Professor Jibril Aminu and Justice Mohammed Uwais following their recent passing.

In a heartfelt post on X, Kwankwaso described the two men as “towering figures of national excellence” whose contributions to Nigeria’s development will be remembered for generations to come. Professor Aminu, a renowned academic and medical expert, was praised for his impact on academia, medicine, and democracy in Nigeria. Justice Uwais, former Chief Justice of Nigeria, was lauded for his role in shaping the country’s judiciary and leading the Electoral Reform Committee.

Kwankwaso prayed for Allah’s forgiveness for their shortcomings and extended his condolences to their families, as well as the people and governments of Adamawa and Kaduna states.
