
The Labour Party’s presidential candidate and former Governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi, has visited the family of the late former President Muhammadu Buhari in Daura to offer his condolences.
Buhari, who passed away at 82 after a brief illness in a UK hospital, was buried yesterday in his hometown.
Obi was accompanied on the visit by the former Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai, as they joined other mourners in paying their respects to the departed leader.
